The generic Goldiran 1,400-watt single-fan vacuum cleaner motor is an economical and practical replacement part for repairing selected Goldiran vacuum cleaner models and other appliances with similar specifications. With a rated power of 1,400 watts and a single-fan design, this motor generates suitable airflow and helps provide the suction power required by the vacuum cleaner.
Long-term use, electrical fluctuations, an constantly full dust bag, clogged filters, dust entering the motor, or wear of internal components may cause the vacuum cleaner motor to lose power, overheat, produce unusual noise, or burn out. In such cases, replacing the motor with a compatible model can improve appliance performance and reduce repair costs compared with purchasing a new vacuum cleaner.
This is a generic replacement product and is not manufactured by the original Goldiran company. Therefore, the technical and physical specifications of the new motor must be compared with the appliance’s previous motor before purchase. Motor wattage is only one selection criterion. Factors such as motor height, body diameter, fan size, screw positions, mounting-base type, and electrical connections are also highly important.
A vacuum cleaner motor rotates its fan at high speed to create a pressure difference, drawing air and dust into the appliance through the vacuum cleaner hose. After entering the appliance, dust is collected inside the bag or tank, while the air passes through the filters and is released outside.
The condition of the fan, motor windings, bearings, and carbon brushes directly affects suction power, noise levels, and the vacuum cleaner’s overall performance. Damage to any of these components may reduce the appliance’s efficiency.
A noticeable reduction in suction power, burning smell, excessive noise, abnormal vibration, excessive sparking, rapid overheating, or failure to start may indicate a faulty motor.
However, before replacing the motor, other possible causes should be checked, including a full dust bag, blocked hose, dirty filters, worn carbon brushes, and faulty electrical connections. The appliance should preferably be inspected by a qualified technician to confirm whether motor replacement is actually necessary.
A 1,400-watt rating alone is not sufficient for selecting a compatible motor. Before placing an order, compare the motor height, body diameter, fan diameter, connection type, screw positions, and mounting-base shape with the previous motor.
Improper installation or using an incompatible motor may cause excessive noise, vibration, overheating, reduced suction, or damage to other vacuum cleaner components. For greater safety and a longer service life, installation by a qualified technician is recommended.
